Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This day is reserved for relaxation after your international flight and preparation for the unforgettable safari adventure ahead. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Arusha town and beautiful views of Mount Meru. Overnight at a comfortable safari lodge or hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast in Arusha or Moshi, you will begin your safari journey to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands with amazing views of valleys, local villages, and wildlife along the way. As you enter Serengeti National Park, your safari adventure immediately begins with game viewing on the endless plains. Serengeti is home to lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeests, and many other animals. The park is also famous for the Great Migration and incredible African landscapes. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive before heading to your safari lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti Safari – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a full-day game drive in the beautiful Serengeti National Park. Your professional safari guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas where you may see lions hunting, elephants moving across the plains, large herds of wildebeests and zebras, and many other animals in their natural habitat. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by breathtaking scenery before continuing with more wildlife viewing in the afternoon. Later, you will drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will enjoy beautiful crater views and cooler highland weather. Dinner and overnight at a lodge in Karatu or near the crater rim.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. The crater is home to a large concentration of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. You will enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by the beautiful crater scenery and wildlife. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha in the afternoon. This marks the end of your unforgettable 3 Days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari in Tanzania.
